Long locks on the floor!

One week we got an email saying that Katie didn't want her hair to distract from the message and she was thinking seriously about cutting it. Here is the next picture we got from Sister Wightman's mother... telling us how cute Katie's hair was now.... well... I then knew what she'd decided. She didn't explain for another week but once we heard her reasoning, we were reassured... all but her cousin Walter.

These are just a FEW pictures of Walter playing with her hair, Katie loved it as must as he did! Walter was probably the most horrified to find out she cut it short. His mother reports that when he saw this pic he gasped and said, “NO!!!!”

Here is a picture of Hannah’s sisterly response…  Yep another 10 inches to Locks of Love. That’s empathy for you! Kim’s first response was to immediately cut hers off too, but after thinking for a few minutes decided that maybe she didn’t have to go quite that far to show her support and solidarity.
